Roof emergencies don't wait for business hours. Dons Roofing Repair deploys certified crews to any location in Ketchikan, AK within 60 minutes — around the clock, every day of the year.
A roof emergency is one of the most stressful situations a property owner can face. Whether a severe storm has torn off sections of your roof, a tree has crashed through your structure, or an unexpected leak is actively flooding your interior, the damage compounds rapidly with every passing minute.
Dons Roofing Repair maintains dedicated emergency response teams on standby 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year throughout Ketchikan, AK and surrounding communities. Our 60-minute guaranteed response means we're on-site before most competitors have even answered the phone.
When you call our emergency line, you're immediately connected to a live dispatcher who takes your information and coordinates crew deployment. We provide a realistic arrival time based on your location and current crew availability — we never overpromise. Our emergency crew arrives with tarping equipment, temporary repair materials, and protective gear to stabilize your roof immediately.
We also carry professional-grade documentation equipment — cameras, moisture meters, and reporting software — to document all damage thoroughly the moment we arrive. This documentation is critical for insurance claims and ensures nothing is missed in the initial assessment.
Our first priority in any emergency is stopping active damage progression. We use commercial-grade tarps rated for extreme weather conditions, properly secured to prevent wind uplift. This temporary protection keeps your home dry and protected while you navigate the permanent repair or replacement process at a measured pace.
